Want to remodel your home but struggling on where to start? You've come to the right place. My business was designed to help people create their dream space before actually spending money on the materials and labor. I will create a 3D model of your space, including wall color, furniture, decor, siding. Absolutely Anything! Once, we are done and you are satisfied with your 3D model, we will then start the process to make your dreams come true! I am also a contractor so you have the option to skip the 3D model, and I will provide you with a quote for my services requested.

1. Depending on how bad they are, removing debris with my hands
2. Power wash the remaining dirt out the gutters
3. Power wash down the drain until water comes out clear
4. Clean up property
Light Fixtures

Price depends on the size of the light.
Includes the following services
1. Remove old light fixture (if necessary)
2. Install new light fixture
Exterior Paint Job
Starting at $3,700
Includes the following services
1. Power wash entire area
2. Remove all dirt, debris, insects
3. Scrape chipped paint and clean up
4. Repair holes (if necessary)
5. Apply Paint & Primer
Carpet Removal
$1.50 per square feet
Includes the following services:
On particleboard or plywood
1. Tearing up old carpet and padding and rolling it up
2. Removing the staples
3. Removing old tack strips (if necessary)
4. Clean up
On concrete:
1. Tearing up old carpet and padding and rolling it up
2. Using a floor scraper to remove the glue under the pad
3. Clean up
Deck Refinish
Starting at $700
Includes the following services:
1. Spray wood stain & stripper with a spray bottle
2. Wait 15-20 minutes and then scrape all pealing paint and dispose of it
3. Apply more wood stain & stripper to stubborn areas
4. Apply porch & patio paint. Expect 2 coats.
Interior Paint Job
A single room can start at $350
Includes the following services
1. Clean entire space. Remove cobwebs, dust, etc.
2. Yellow Tape along baseboards and lay drop cloth.
3. Caulk around the baseboard, trim, and window(s)
The rest depends on what exactly you want painted.

This business was created after I started working on my own home. I purchased my home in 2018 and I couldn't figure out what to do with it. I didn't know where to place furniture and I wasn't sure if it would even fit in the room. I was also uncertain about what theme I wanted to go for. Thanks to the Art Institute of Pittsburgh I was able to recreate a 3D model of my home with ease and I started creating my sanctuary space. As I kept going, family would come over and they loved what I had done and then I showed them my 3D model and they encouraged me to start a business. After all, that’s what I went to school for. So here I am! I want you to fall in love with your space as I have done with mine. It's exactly what I want.
